Our Locations

From Jacksonville and North:
- Get onto I-95 heading South,
- Get off at Butler Blvd. (Exit 344) and head East towards the beach,
- Take the Belfort Rd. ramp - the first exit off of Butler Blvd. - and head North on Belfort Rd. towards St. Luke's Hospital,
- Turn left on Southpoint Parkway - directly across from St. Lukes Hospital - and go 1/3 mile to the Southpoint Office Center and Bare Smooth, which will be on your right hand side.

From St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Orange Park, Jacksonville and South:
- Get onto I-95 heading North,
